Tarantula at movie theatre in Nephi
Janey and I went to see "Inception" tonight. As we ate our Taco Time dinner in front of the theater, lo and behold, a tarantula advanced toward us on the sidewalk. We took this picture.

The Law of Attraction
"There is a law irrevocably decreed in heaven before the foundation of the world, upon which all blessings are predicated and when we obtain any blessing from God it is by obedience to that law upon which it is predicated."
Consider, in the first line that word "A".....there is "A" law. Now consider on the third line..."obedience to THAT law". Consider Now that what is being talked about is NOT many laws but "A" law...the Law of FAITH. Is this Faith the Law of Production... the planting of a seed.... Now consider that THOUGHTS are seeds and DESIRE is the heat which generates the seed and gives it power to reach up.
"I hold it is true that thoughts are things,
They're endowed with bodies and breath and wings,
And that we send them forth to fill the world with good results or ill.
That which we call our secret thought speeds forth to earth's remotest
spot,Leaving its blessings or its woes
Like tracks behind as it goes.
We build our future thought by thought,For good or ill, yet know it not.
Yet, so the universe was wrought.Thought is another name for fate;
Choose then thy destiny and wait,
For love brings love and hate brings hate." - Ella Wheeler Wilcox
The power which gives man dominion over all other life is "IMAGINATION", his power to visualize. However, DOUBT and FEAR (the weeds in our garden) often choke out the plants (our dreams, our hopes) we have planted by our initial THOUGHTS. Whatever the thought, be it positive or negative will obey the law and produce itself.

Unseen Army monument for those who have died due to addiction
Unseen Army Monument
In memory of those who have succombed due to the battle with addiction
When their second daughter died of drug overdose, the emotional effect was devastating, incomprehensible and overpowering. "No, I cannot do this again" was the immediate response from Leslie Henderson, mother to Nicole and Amberly Henderson when her husband Lane arrived at their business, followed by a police officer. Leslie responded with an inability to even plan another funeral - it was just too much.
Sleep would not come for her or Lane. An experience of numbness would have been a blessing compared to the emotional impact now being experienced. 2 beautiful daughters both gone within a 2 year period due to the power of addiction. The feeling of helplessness, powerlessness, inadequacy continued.
In the midst of the emptiness, the voices of her two daughters entered Leslie's awareness, bringing to Leslie the message about the UNSEEN ARMY, an army of so many beautiful "children" who have left mortality due to the ravages of addiction and who have joined together to help us in mortality to fight the disease of addiction.
Having experienced these incredible moments with her daughters, Leslie knew that they must have a funeral for Amberly and that she must speak to the audience about the addiction so prevalent, even in the lives of who would be sitting in the audience. Leslie pled with the parents, loved ones and the addict's parents present at the funeral, reminding the audience that our children "are dropping like flies", and that we must do something, along withe the UNSEEN ARMY working with us to make a difference.
MATR is also sponsoring an Aftercare group concept entitled:"Family"s (families) Our Aftercare". Whenever we face trials in life, the support of our family, our loved ones makes all the difference. Included in Family's Our Aftercare is not only meetings, service and activities, we are working on an education plan - a school, as our favorite attorney caalls us - in which the concepts and teachings we share at MATR's facility and the Seminars presented by LandJ Media will be taught in a positive and uplifting atmosphere.
